Coming from out of state is nerve-wracking, but Charles Jeter deftly guided us throughout the town, searching for our perfect home. His knowledge and local expertise are impeccable. He went above and beyond: he visited properties that we were interested in and even took videos via FaceTime, giving us a better feel on potential homes. Charles was knowledgeable and pointed out each house’s pros and cons that would have escaped us. From the negotiations, inspections, and closing, he was by our side every step of the way.
