Our experience started first with this beautiful godly woman named Barbara Jeter– over almost two years she patiently waited to help us find the right home after probably looking at over 50 with the help of Marshall. We were then introduced to her husband Charles once we decided to build since Barbara promised us we were in great hands as her husband was more experienced in this area. Charles jumped right in, and despite our uncertainties of locations, Charles helped us find the perfect home after several attempts, helped us navigate through the stress of submitted documents, etc, and helped us find our dream home!! The Jeters rock and without their guidance we would probably still be looking for that perfect home that didn’t exist!! We enjoyed the experience so much we referred our best friends that purchased a home in our same subdivision with the assistance of Charles!!! Thank you again for helping us find our dream home!!
